What stays in your browser

Cookies, page memory and downloaded files are different things. Here is how the site’s own page code uses them.

Cookies and local storage

A cookie is a small piece of information a website can store through your browser and receive with later requests. LocalStorage is a separate browser mechanism that can retain values for a site without sending them automatically with every request.

The static pages and their application script do not themselves set cookies or use localStorage for advertising, analytics, accounts or enquiry drafts. They do not load third-party advertising, analytics or embedded social-media tools. Reading an article does not require a stored profile.

Enquiry draftCurrent page and form fieldsPrepare plain text without submission

The browser may independently remember form values, restore a tab, cache files or synchronise clipboard contents according to your settings. Those behaviours are not a promise that this tool will preserve your work. Save a draft yourself if you need it, and remove it from shared devices when finished.

Hosting and separately supplied controls

Hosting or security infrastructure can have behaviour separate from the static page script. Any separately supplied consent control should identify the optional storage or services it governs. Consent to optional services is not required for the article content or local enquiry tool described here.

Do not assume that an “Accept All” choice means this website sends a prepared enquiry. The contact tool only creates text; sending an email remains a separate action under your control.

Managing browser data

You can inspect and remove site data using your browser’s privacy or site-settings controls. Blocking cookies should not prevent these static articles from being read. Disabling JavaScript will disable the local draft generator and mobile dropdown; the enquiry email address remains available on the contact page and in the footer.

Removing site data does not necessarily delete downloaded text files, clipboard history, browser backups or emails you have sent. Manage those separately through your device and relevant providers.
